Richard has led Golden Boy Foods, a growing international private label supplier, since January 2009. An accomplished, international CEO, with an exceptional track record of leading public and private businesses around the world, Richard has focused Golden Boy Foods on making good food cost less for retailers, foodservice distributors and food processors across North America. Since 2009, Richard and his team have transitioned a private family-owned company to professional management; restructured the company’s supply chain including starting up two new peanut butter plants in USA, and consolidating two Canadian fruit and nut facilities; implemented GFSI / SQF certifications in five facilities; integrated two acquired peanut butter businesses in Eastern Canada; and achieved over $75 million of organic business growth across North America. Richard holds a MBA from Imperial College in London and a Masters Degree from Oxford University.
